Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This policy sets out what you may not do with the Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it can cost you your account.

Draft — not yet in force. Still missing: Florida registration (Sunbiz document) number, registered postal address. A privacy policy that does not give the controller's address fails GDPR Art. 13(1)(a), and commercial email without a physical postal address breaches CAN-SPAM. Complete LEGAL_ENTITY in src/lib/legal.ts and have these documents reviewed by a lawyer before relying on them.

1. Why this exists

The Service generates text, images, voice and video at speed and low cost. That is useful for marketing, and it is equally useful for spam, harassment and fraud. This policy draws the line.

2. Illegal and harmful content

You must not use the Service to create, store or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers children in any way. We report this to the relevant authorities without notice.
  • Is non-consensual sexual content, including intimate imagery of real people.
  • Harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against a person or group.
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • Incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

3. Deception and impersonation

Synthetic media makes impersonation cheap, so these rules are strict. You must not:

  • Generate a voiceover that imitates a real person’s voice without their documented consent.
  • Create images or video depicting a real, identifiable person doing or saying something they did not.
  • Impersonate a brand, company or public figure you are not authorised to represent.
  • Publish AI-generated content as an authentic photograph, recording or news report.
  • Create fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements or engagement.
  • Run coordinated inauthentic behaviour — sock-puppet accounts, astroturfing, or manufactured consensus.

Making it clear that content is AI-generated is good practice generally, and in some jurisdictions it is a legal requirement.

4. Spam and platform abuse

  • No bulk unsolicited messaging, and no content designed for it.
  • No malware, phishing pages, or links to either.
  • No content that breaches the rules of the social network you publish it to — those platforms’ terms apply to you as well as ours.
  • No scraping, resale or redistribution of the Service’s output as a competing generation service.

5. Intellectual property

  • Only upload material you own or are licensed to use.
  • Do not use the Service to reproduce someone else’s copyrighted work and present it as your own.
  • Our YouTube tools are for transforming a video into your own commentary, summary or promotion. They are not for republishing someone else's work wholesale. See our Copyright and DMCA Policy.
  • Do not generate logos or brand assets that infringe an existing trade mark.

6. Technical restrictions

  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, quotas or the bot-protection challenge on our sign-in forms.
  • Do not share one account between multiple people to avoid buying seats.
  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without written permission. Responsible disclosure is welcome — see below.
  • Do not run automated traffic against the Service beyond normal use of the product interface.
  • Do not attempt to extract prompts, model weights, or the credentials of any provider we use.

7. Regulated and high-risk uses

AI output is frequently wrong in ways that read as confident and correct. Do not present it as professional advice. The Service must not be used to produce medical, legal, financial or safety-critical guidance for others without qualified human review, and must not be the basis of an automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on someone.

8. Enforcement

Where we can, our response will be proportionate — usually a warning and a request to remove the content. For serious breaches, particularly those in section 2, we will suspend or terminate the account immediately and without notice, and report it to the authorities where the law requires.

Terminating an account for a breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

9. Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email abuse@socialschedulerplatform.com with links and enough detail to identify it. To report a security vulnerability, use the same address and please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
